Bust
Measure horizontally around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the measuring tape comfortably snug but not tight.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline, generally an inch above the navel where the body bends side to side.
Hips
Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
Shoulder
Measure across the back from the tip of one shoulder bone straight to the tip of the opposite shoulder bone.
