1. Our 30-Day Promise

We take tremendous pride in the weave quality and craftsmanship of Aruvi Fabrics. If a garment does not fit as expected or you wish to exchange it for another size within our XS–6XL range, you may request an exchange or return within 30 days of delivery.

2. Return Eligibility Conditions

To ensure fairness and hygiene for our weaving community and all patrons:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• Original tags and branded packaging must accompany the piece.
• Custom-altered bespoke cuts requested specifically for unique measurements are subject to free alteration adjustments rather than complete cancellations.

3. How to Initiate an Exchange

Initiating an exchange is effortless. Simply message our Pattukkottai support team on WhatsApp at +91 96775 96136 with:

1. Your Order / Mobile number.
2. The garment name and your requested size replacement.
3. Our team will arrange reverse pickup assistance or provide return shipment instructions.

4. Refunds Timeline

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned garment at our Pattukkottai workshop, your replacement is dispatched within 24–48 hours, or your refund is credited back to your original payment account / UPI within 3–5 business days.
